Dennis de Vreede appointed senior advisor at Rockfield Real Estate

European real estate investment manager and developer Rockfield Real Estate has announced the appointment of Dennis de Vreede as senior advisor to the Rockfield Group.

Together with Sonia Gonzalez Valverde, De Vreede will form Rockfield’s Advisory Board and support the continued growth and international expansion of the platform

Dennis brings more than 30 years’ experience in finance, listed property and corporate governance.

Most recently, he served as CFO of Wereldhave, where he played a key role in the company’s strategic transformation, refinancing activities and operational improvement programme. Throughout his career, De Vreede has built up extensive expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, governance and the financial management of large property platforms.

In his role as senior advisor, De Vreede will advise the Board on strategic initiatives, capital structure, investment decisions and the continued strengthening of Rockfield’s governance and financial organisation.
