This follows a similar successful refinancing of its neighbouring property, Olivia Prime A, in March 2025. This latest transaction underscores Deutsche Hypo's growing presence in the Polish office market.
Combined, Olivia Prime A and Olivia Prime B offer approximately 56,000 m² of office space as part of the innovative Olivia Centre. Both buildings hold a BREEAM Excellent certification, recognised for their superior façade, advanced building technology, and contemporary, user-focused interior designs.
Beata Latoszek, head of Representative Office Warsaw, stated: “We are pleased to further deepen our long-standing expertise in the Polish market and to once again support a strong local partner. The Olivia Centre is a prime example of modern, sustainable office architecture and aligns perfectly with our ambition to actively shape the transformation of European real estate markets.”
Separately, Deutsche Hypo – NORD/LB Real Estate Finance has provided a €50 mln loan to Achmea Real Estate.
This funding will help Achmea Real Estate's Dutch Retail Property Fund (ADRPF) quickly capitalise on new opportunities in the recovering Dutch retail market and further its sustainability goals.
