Deutsche Finance International (DFI) is expanding its Danish residential portfolio by investing €46 mln in 97 newly built townhouses in Greve, near Copenhagen.

Greve+Tværhøjen - Evervest
This acquisition, made in partnership with Danish firm Evervest, adds about 10,900 m2 of living space to DFI's holdings.
The single-story townhouses, each featuring four bedrooms, were completed in October 2025 and boast high sustainability certifications (EPC A, DGNB Gold). The investment also includes a share in the "Greve Bakke" green and recreational development.
DFI is aiming to expand its townhouse residential platform in Denmark, focusing on energy-efficient rental properties in rapidly developing areas around Copenhagen. The platform aims for a total investment volume of up to €500 mln, with Grosvenor's Diversified Property Investments (DPI) division as the anchor investor.
DFI has previously invested in the Danish residential market with projects like the Blækhus student residence and the Mylo Living flex-living platform.
