Diego Gracia to head Spanish operations for Arrow Global

European investment manager Arrow Global Group has named Diego Gracia as CEO for its Spanish operations.

This appointment enhances Arrow's Iberian presence, which includes eight local platforms, over 1,000 professionals, and more than €16 bn in AUM across Portugal and Spain.

Gracia brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and asset management in Spain and Europe.

He joins from Lapithus-Apollo Global Management, where he served as managing director and head of Special Situations Real Estate Europe, overseeing diverse, complex portfolios and fostering value creation across various asset classes.

Before that, he held senior positions at Bain Capital, leading European real estate developments and establishing specialized investment and asset management platforms for special situations and Iberian opportunities.

Reporting to Enrico Sanna, CEO Platforms and Group COO, Diego will lead the execution of Arrow’s origination strategy in Spain, accelerating the growth of Arrow’s local platforms and strengthening the group’s market presence. He will focus on increasing investment activity, enhancing local coverage and ensuring Arrow is well-positioned to capture opportunities across credit, lending and real estate.
