Drees & Sommer acquires Polish project management firm ADC

Global consulting firm Drees & Sommer has acquired 100% of ADC, a Polish project management and construction planning company.

This acquisition significantly boosts Drees & Sommer's presence and capabilities in Poland and the wider CEE region, allowing them to better serve both international and local clients.

ADC, established in 2018, offers services in architecture, design, consulting, technical advisory, project management, and construction supervision. Approximately 70 ADC employees will join Drees & Sommer Poland, expanding their Polish team to over 90 professionals across four offices in Warsaw, Rzeszów, Wrocław, and Katowice. This integration creates a comprehensive "one-stop-shop" model, covering every stage of a project from initial design to final supervision.

ADC has a strong track record, having completed over 300 projects in Poland in the last eight years, including logistics centres, industrial facilities, offices, urban revitalisation, and residential developments. Notable projects include a distribution centre for Jerónimo Martins, the redevelopment of a historic department store in Warsaw, and a hydrogen bus depot in Konin.

ADC will initially retain its legal name and operate under the "ADC – Part of Drees & Sommer" logo, with its existing management team remaining in place.
