Drooms exits Bazimo investment

European due diligence platform Drooms has sold its 30% stake in the French proptech firm Bazimo to the software company Loré, making a profit on the investment.

This sale, which comes after Drooms' initial investment in February 2022, is a result of Bazimo's strategic decision to refocus its efforts more intensely on the French market.
Bazimo, founded in 2016, offers comprehensive property management services including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and analytics for areas like tenant management, financial management, technical management, and ESG management. 
Its services are accessible via an app, its own ERP system, or as an add-on to existing ERP solutions. The company currently has 15 employees, serves over 4,400 users, and manages more than 1,500 properties on its platform.

We were able to successfully support the founders with our experience and know-how and leverage synergy effects on the French market. We are confident that Bazimo, together with Loré, will be able to leverage further synergies for its users and the real estate industry.
