Due diligence platform Drooms has announced a strategic partnership with private equity investor EOS Partners, making EOS the new majority shareholder.

Alexandre Grellier
This collaboration marks a significant step for Drooms as it embarks on its next phase of growth, aiming to solidify its position as a leading European platform for real asset investments.
As part of the transaction, Jan Hoffmeister, co-founder and former co-CEO, will depart Drooms after 25 years with the company, and J.F. Müller & Sohn will also exit its capital investment. Alexandre Grellier will continue to lead Drooms as CEO.
EOS Partners brings not only capital but also specialised expertise in scaling high-growth technology companies, particularly within software/tech-enabled services, industrial tech, and healthcare sectors. Together, Drooms and EOS plan to enhance Drooms' market presence, accelerate its international expansion, and drive further digitalisation and AI-based automation throughout the transaction process.
This partnership builds on Drooms' strong financial performance, which saw record revenues and profits in both 2024 and 2025 despite difficult transaction market conditions. In 2025, Drooms achieved an overall growth of approximately 20% and saw its recurring revenues (Net Retention Rate) increase by 120%.
Alexandre Grellier, CEO of Drooms, said: " We were looking for a long-term growth partner who shares our values and commitment to digital sovereignty, uncompromising security, and EU-based data processing. Our business model has proven highly successful, and together with EOS Partners, we are now taking the next step in scaling that success."
Philipp Wegener, partner at EOS, added: "Drooms combines technological leadership, a strong AI product, and an exceptionally clear market positioning. The company addresses a highly attractive European market with significant growth potential. We look forward to supporting Alexandre Grellier and the entire team on their further growth path."
Drooms was advised by Simmons & Simmons and Stifel Financial Corp. EOS was advised by GOF, NKF, Altman Solon, Code&Co, KPMG and EY.
