Investment and asset manager Dunman Capital and a European family office acquired a significant real estate portfolio in Berlin and Brandenburg.

Berlin - Dunman Capital
This transaction, executed as a share deal, was valued in the upper double-digit millions.
The acquired portfolio consists of ten properties: eight in Berlin and two in Brandenburg, collectively offering approximately 25,000 m2 of rentable space. The portfolio is diversified with about 60% residential and 40% commercial properties. The seller, investment and asset manager Dupuis, had managed these properties for several years on behalf of a Southern European family office, and this sale represents a strategic exit from the German market.
Cushman & Wakefield provided commercial and technical guidance to the buyers throughout the acquisition process, with close collaboration between its Capital Markets and technical due diligence teams to ensure efficiency.
Dunman Capital considers this acquisition a crucial step in its "Urban Sustainable Residential" strategy. This strategy focuses on systematically upgrading existing buildings to meet current ESG standards through a phased approach, thereby enhancing their long-term resilience and investment value.
Globalvestment Partners advised the sellers in this transaction.
