Independent investment and asset manager Dunman Capital has expanded its operations in Germany by opening a new office in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Jens Drawert
Jens Drawert has been appointed as principal of the Berlin Office, where he will lead the company's activities in real estate acquisitions, asset management strategies, and institutional investor relations.
Drawert brings nearly 13 years of experience from ActivumSG's German investment team, where he managed direct investments and asset-management mandates totalling €780 mln. His previous experience also includes investment and asset management roles at apellas.
The new office is strategically located in the Fürst district, a project that Dunman has been managing since March 2024. Dunman is responsible for the complete repositioning of this central urban quarter, overseeing everything from investor structuring and tenant acquisition to construction and marketing.
Jens Drawert, principal Berlin Office at Dunman, says: “Berlin is one of Europe’s most dynamic real-estate markets. With Fürst, we are creating a new urban destination that integrates office, retail, and leisure uses. As a Berliner, I am excited to take responsibility for this project and, together with our team, to execute further transactions and mandates for Dunman in the capital.”
Josip Kardun, founding partner at Dunman, added: “Given the strategic importance of Berlin, a local presence is essential. Jens Drawert combines many years of transactional experience, in-depth asset-management expertise, and a strong network, making him the ideal head of our new Berlin office.”
