The RVB, already the building's primary tenant, will now become the sole owner, granting them greater control over future renovations and sustainability upgrades.
The contemporary multi-tenant office complex combines flexible workspace with sustainability features.
Centre Court, completed in 2002, offers approximately 41,000 m² of office space and 670 parking spots on Prinses Beatrixlaan near The Hague Central Station. It holds both BREEAM-NL Excellent and WELL Building Standard certifications, highlighting its commitment to sustainability and occupant well-being.
Bas Jochims, fund manager Dutch Office & Hotel Investments at Bouwinvest, said: "It's wonderful to transfer the building to a party that knows it inside and out and can take control of its future. We look back on our long relationship with appreciation and are pleased to have taken this step together."
Bouwinvest, the owner of Centre Court since 2002, sold the property as part of its strategy to optimize its office portfolio by focusing on multi-tenant, sustainable buildings in vibrant, inner-city locations.
