Swedish real estate company Eastnine is making strategic moves to bolster its leadership and capitalise on robust market opportunities.

Adela Colakovic
The company has announced the appointment of Adela Colakovic as its new CFO, effective early June 2026.
Colakovic joins Eastnine from Annehem Fastigheter, where she has served as CFO for the past two years. Britt-Marie Nyman will continue as Eastnine's CFO until Colakovic assumes her new role, ensuring a smooth transition.
Adela Colakovic's departure from Annehem Fastigheter was also announced, with Annehem initiating immediate recruitment for her successor. Colakovic has been with Annehem Fastigheter since September 2020.
Monica Fallenius, CEO of Annehem Fastigheter, said: "I would like to thank Adela for her significant contribution to the company's development and wish her all the best in the new role."
Eastnine's CEO Kestutis Sasnauskas added: "We welcome Adela in her role as CFO at Eastnine and look forward to developing the company together."
Sasnauskas recently highlighted the company's strong growth trajectory and acquisition ambitions at ABG's Investor Days in Stockholm. Eastnine specialises in premium-class office buildings across rapidly expanding markets in Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia.
A significant demonstration of this growth strategy was Eastnine's acquisition of the 46-story Warsaw Unit office building in November 2024 for €280 mln.
