ECE Work & Live is entering the Spanish market with its first residential development in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona.

Partnering with Layetana Living, the project will include about 125 apartments, 130 parking spots, and 79 storage units, aiming to provide affordable quality housing for various residents, including families.
The development will feature a central green courtyard with a pool and shared spaces to foster community, plus 1,200 m2 of commercial space on the ground floor. Located in a newly redeveloped area, it offers easy access to future green spaces and public transport, including Cornellà Riera station, connecting residents to central Barcelona.
Construction is set to begin in summer 2026 and finish by summer 2028.
