Echo Investment secures €36m financing for Kraków mixed-use project

Echo Investment has secured a €36.4 mln, five-year construction, investment, and VAT financing package from Bank Pekao for its WITA mixed-use development in central Kraków.

WITA, located on Wita Stwosza Street, is a pioneering mixed-use urban quarter in Kraków, featuring offices, services, and residential buildings. Echo Investment is developing the commercial portion, which includes two office buildings. One building has been fully leased to Brown Brothers Harriman (13,300 m2), while the second has attracted tenants like OMobility (over 4,200 m2). Archicom is responsible for the two residential apartment buildings.

Designed with strong sustainability principles, WITA aims for BREEAM Excellent certification. The project incorporates various eco-friendly solutions, such as partial renewable energy use, rainwater harvesting, EV charging stations, an intelligent Building Management System (BMS), and VAV-controlled ventilation for superior indoor air quality.
