Edmond de Rothschild REIM enters UK market

Edmond de Rothschild Real Estate Investment Management has made its first UK acquisition, purchasing a hotel in Stafford for one of its retail investment funds.

The hotel is fully leased to Travelodge, a major UK hotel operator, for another 18 years, providing stable, long-term rental income.
Located in Stafford, West Midlands, the property is in a well-connected area with easy access to major transport links to Birmingham and Manchester, making it attractive to businesses.
This acquisition adds to the diversification of Edmond de Rothschild's European portfolio, which now spans four countries and five asset classes. It supports a secure rental strategy with full occupancy and a long lease term, aligning with the company's 2025 retail strategy distribution goals.
