EGLS strengthens Czechia and Slovakia team

European Green Logistics Space (EGLS), a new investment and development company led by logistics real estate expert Ian Worboys, has expanded its team in Czechia and Slovakia with two experienced hires.

Filip & Thomas

Filip Krzywoň and Tomáš Bednár

Filip Krzywoň joins as development director and Tomáš Bednár as commercial director, both working from the Prague office alongside Dominika Surovcová, managing director for Czechia and Slovakia.
Filip Krzywoň brings a decade of experience in construction and development, including roles at Goodman and GLP in logistics real estate. Tomáš Bednár has over 20 years of experience in development and management, having previously led industrial development at CBRE in Slovakia and served as country head for VGP.
Dominika Surovcová, managing director of Czechia and Slovakia at EGLS, said: “Filip and Tomáš’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the logistics real estate sector will be invaluable as we execute EGLS’s strategy of delivering sustainable, high-quality logistics assets in Czechia and Slovakia. Their expertise will ensure we maintain the highest standards of development and client service as we grow our portfolio in these key markets.
EGLS, launched in January with support from Kamco Invest, aims to create modern, sustainable logistics facilities by acquiring and upgrading existing assets, and undertaking new "ground-up" developments.
The company will work with Kamco Invest and other major investors on a separate account basis, with a strong pipeline of acquisitions already identified. Geographically, EGLS will invest across several European countries, including the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, Spain, the Netherlands, and Italy.
