These properties offer a total leasable area of 28,800 m2, generating an annual rental value of SEK 33 mln (€2.86 mln), with an average remaining lease term of 4.2 years.
The properties are fully leased to prominent tenants, including Sonepar, Ocab, Peab, and Alcro. Two of these acquisitions closed in the fourth quarter, with the remaining 12 expected to close during the first and second quarters of 2026.
The acquired properties are located in Linköping, Malmö, Nässjö, Norrköping, and Trelleborg.
Jakob Fyrberg, CEO of Emilshus, said: “Emilshus continues to grow through acquisitions of high-yielding properties in our prioritised categories, in attractive locations and with stable tenants. This transaction broadens our portfolio in both Skåne and other locations where Emilshus has presence, while the fully leased properties further strengthen the company’s cash flows.”
Emilshus acquires, develops, and manages profitable commercial properties primarily in southern Sweden. As of 30 September 2025, their portfolio includes 226 properties with a total leasable area of 1.1 million m2. These properties are mainly comprised of light industrial spaces, industrial services/trade suppliers, and large-format and grocery retail establishments.
