Strategically positioned across multiple regions, six of the acquired sites are located in the Skåne province.
Together, the properties encompass 36,200 m2 of total lettable area, generating an annual rental value of SEK 35 mln (€3.05 mln) with a stable weighted average remaining lease term (WALT) of 5.3 years.
The ten properties included in the transactions are located in Kävlinge, Ljungby, Malmö, Nyköping, Skövde, Trelleborg and Vellinge.
All the acquired sites are situated in high-demand logistics areas with excellent transportation links. The properties are 100% occupied by reputable corporate tenants, including Optimera, Swedol, ReCirkel, and Hydroscand.
Closing for five of the properties took place during the second quarter, and closing for two additional properties took place in July. Of the remaining three properties, closing for one property is expected to take place in the third quarter and for the other two in the fourth quarter.
Jakob Fyrberg, CEO of Emilshus, commented: ”The acquisitions fit our strategy well. The properties are of good quality, generate strong cash flows and a stable tenant composition. Simultaneously, they strengthen our presence in several prioritised submarkets in southern Sweden and create good conditions for continued value creation.”
