Real estate investor Enterprise Land and PBSA specialist Capital Assured have partnered to create Casa, an AI-driven student housing platform aiming to redefine student living in Europe.

Collaborating with renowned architectural firm Rafael Viñoly Architects, they plan to develop high-quality, fully serviced residences featuring modern design and advanced technology, in partnership with developers, investors, and students.
Initially targeting six European countries (Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, and the Netherlands) with strong student populations, Casa has identified an initial €500 mln pipeline of development projects.
Andrew Thornton, founder and CEO of Enterprise Land, said: “Casa is designed to set a new benchmark in student living across Europe. By blending superb design, led by Rafael Viñoly Architects, AI-powered technology, and a strong focus on community, we aim to create a home away from home for students in some of Europe’s most vibrant university hubs. Our vision for Casa is to extend the brand to other living sectors as part of our overarching strategy to build eco-systems that provide superior investment solutions to our clients”.
Nicholas Turner, CEO of Capital Assured, commented: “Casa will address student demands for sustainable, educational and personal growth to enhance the higher education journey. It’s our business to offer a truly differentiated living experience that is environmentally and socially conscious, emotionally supportive, and safe”.
Launched last December, the partnership between Enterprise Land and Capital Assured leverages Capital Assured's expertise in identifying and enhancing large-scale student housing opportunities through planning, repositioning, and development.
Rafael Viñoly Architects’ portfolio includes acclaimed institutional and campus projects for clients such as the University of Oxford, New York University, The Rockefeller University, Wageningen University, Stanford Health Care, The University of Manchester, Penn Medicine, and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
