EQT Real Estate has strengthened its Swedish logistics portfolio with the acquisition of two strategically located, fully leased logistics properties.

The assets include a 21,343 m² facility in Viared, Borås, and a 13,310 m² property in Örebro. Both state-of-the-art warehouses were built in 2019 and are fully leased.
The Borås property offers easy access to Gothenburg and National Road 40, while the Örebro site is located at the demographic center of Sweden, providing seamless access to major population hubs via the E18 and E20 motorways.
Both acquisitions will provide occupiers with modern, strategically located distribution hubs that support efficient logistics operations across the region.
Apollo Global Management is selling the logistics properties it acquired in the summer of 2022. These properties were originally purchased from Logistic Contractor by Ängsö Logistik (an Arctic Securities company) in 2018 during construction.
CBRE Sweden and Obligo facilitated the acquisitions.
