EQT Real Estate expands French logistics portfolio
EQT Real Estate has expanded its French logistics holdings with the purchase of two prime properties.
The first, Le Bignon I near Nantes, built in 2024, is a fully leased 12,730 m2 facility with excellent transport links thanks to immediate access to the A83 and A11 (Nantes–Paris).
The second, Montagnat I north of Lyon, built in 2021, is a fully leased 28,040 m2 building. It benefits from strategic access to the A40 and A42, also offering strong regional and national connectivity
The latest acquisitions are part of EQT Real Estate’s expansion strategy in the French logistics market, targeting high-quality assets that meet current market demands and support modern supply chains.
