Equilis Europe appoints Laurent Tirot as new CEO

Equilis Europe has announced the appointment of Laurent Tirot as the group's Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1st.

He takes over from Olivier Beguin, who will assist with the transition alongside the teams until early 2026.
Tirot, who joined Equilis in 2021 to lead its French subsidiary, transformed Equilis France into a significant growth engine for the group, earning acclaim for its blend of performance, innovation, and teamwork. He is described as a leader who prioritizes people and values, embodying Equilis's commitment to creating future-proof living spaces that balance purpose with enjoyment.
Before his tenure at Equilis, Tirot held various senior management roles at Bouygues Immobilier, both domestically in France and internationally across Belgium, Poland, Spain, and Morocco, culminating in his position as the Group's Deputy CEO.
