Eren Kahraman takes over as managing director of Art-Invest

Art-Invest Real Estate Funds founder Philipp Henkels has stepped down from the management board, having led the company since its inception in 2011.

Eren Kahraman has been appointed to the management board, joining existing managing directors Jan Dührkoop and Jörg Hennebach to ensure organisational stability.

Having been with Art-Invest Real Estate Funds since its founding in 2011, Kahraman brings deep internal expertise to his new role.

He previously spearheaded the BaFin approval process for launching open-ended special funds, established the firm's risk management framework, and oversaw the group's debt financing operations.

In addition to managing Finance, his expanded responsibilities will now encompass Sustainability (ESG) and Human Resources.
