The board of directors of Swedish real estate company Fabege has named Bent Oustad as its new president and CEO.

Oustad, who has served on Fabege's board since 2024, is currently the CEO of Norwegian Property, a real estate company based in Oslo. His new role at Fabege will commence on December 1, 2025.
Bent Oustad is recognized for his strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills during his time as CEO of Norwegian Property. These qualities are considered particularly valuable for Fabege, given its involvement in visionary and intricate urban development projects that require collaboration with numerous stakeholders and strong relationship building.
Jan Litborn, chairman of the Board, said: “We at the board believe that Bent Oustad is an excellent person to take over the leadership and development of Fabege. He knows the real estate industry and Fabege very well from his time as a member of the board.”
Bent Oustad added: “Fabege is an exciting company, owning great properties in good locations with further potential. I look forward to contributing to further develop the company for the benefit of tenants, shareholders, visitors and employees of the company.”
Fabege specializes in developing commercial properties primarily in the Stockholm area.
