FairPlay Properties REIT offloads Sofia office asset for €23m

Bulgaria-based investment trust FairPlay Properties REIT has sold its FairPlay Business Hub office building in Sofia for €23.04 mln.

The divestment is part of the company’s strategy to reinvest capital in new projects.
The buyer of the asset, located at 9 Lyuba Velichkova Street in the capital's Hladilnika district, is First Big Orange Garden EOOD, a local company owned by entrepreneur and investor Petar Mitev.
The sale, facilitated by Avalant, maintains existing tenant leases. 
FairPlay is now focusing on developing next-generation projects, including FPI City Tower, a mixed-use building in central Sofia near the Vasil Levski monument. 
This modern, high-tech building emphasizes smart technology and sustainable solutions. 
FairPlay is also pursuing other residential and vacation property investments, prioritizing quality, location, and long-term value.
One of FairPlay Properties REIT's key ongoing projects is FPI City Tower, a modern, high-tech mixed-use building being constructed in a prime location in central Sofia near the Vasil Levski monument. The building will feature contemporary architecture, smart management systems, and sustainable design, combining convenience, efficiency, and prestige. FairPlay is pursuing other residential and vacation property investments.
