Swedish real estate company Fastpartner has announced a change in leadership.

Sven-Olof Johansson and Christopher Johansson
The Nomination Committee plans to propose that the current CEO, Sven-Olof Johansson, become the executive chairman of the Board at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
Concurrently, the Board has appointed Christopher Johansson, the current deputy CEO, to take over as CEO, also effective from the 2026 Annual General Meeting. Sven-Olof Johansson will remain CEO until that time.
Fastpartner primarily owns, manages, and develops commercial real estate, with a portfolio mainly comprising offices and logistics/warehouse/production properties. They also have some retail, hospitality, residential, and community service properties.
The company mainly invests in Greater Stockholm, with other focus areas including Gothenburg, Gävle, Malmö, Norrköping, and Uppsala.
Peter Carlsson, chairman of the Board of Directors of Fastpartner, said: "The day has come when I think it feels right to implement a change regarding the CEO position in Fastpartner. It feels very natural that Christopher Johansson will take over as CEO, as he has a great deal of knowledge and solid experience of how the company works. Christopher has been active in the company since 2012 and has a deep understanding of both Fastpartner's business and culture, and has gained the experience required to lead Fastpartner going forward."
