Fiera Real Estate and Wrenbridge have begun development on "The Row," a £30 mln (€35 mln) mid-tech project in central Cambridge.

The Row, Cambridge
This launch follows the finalisation of a 150-year lease agreement with Cambridge City Council.
With planning permission secured, construction has commenced on the 6,225 m2 development, which features two units. It aims to provide advanced mid-tech workspaces in Cambridge, a prominent UK innovation centre.
The Row is specifically designed for the science, R&D, and technology sectors, offering highly adaptable and future-proof workspaces. The project is strategically located within the UK Innovation Corridor, an area experiencing high demand for sustainable and high-quality work environments.
The development is committed to top-tier sustainability and digital connectivity, targeting an EPC A* rating, BREEAM Outstanding certification, and a WiredScore Platinum rating.
Fiera Real Estate Logistics Development Fund acquired The Row in August 2023, with the project expected to be completed by August 2026.
Harry Gibson, director at Wrenbridge, commented: “This project represents the next evolution of Cambridge’s mid-tech market – high-specification, sustainable, and designed for the growing occupier demand we’re seeing as the sector continues to mature.”
