Fiona Lyons joins the firm as director of Asset Management after previously advising the business on its strategic growth plans.

Bringing a wealth of experience in real estate investment and capital markets, Lyons will oversee asset management across Fine Grain Property's funds.

Leading operational performance, client leasing and retention, value-add capital projects, and investor returns, she will also spearhead portfolio strategy for existing and new investment vehicles, focusing on asset origination and capital allocation.

Lyons previously headed Mapletree Investments’ European commercial office business, managing €2.2 bn in AUM, and served on its global ESG steering committee.

Mairead Phelan has been promoted to finance director, a move aimed at enhancing the firm's financial leadership and operational scalability.

Ronan Keogh has been elevated to senior asset manager in recognition of his performance in driving value creation across the firm's expanding portfolio.

Darragh Lennon, CEO of Fine Grain Property, commented: “These appointments bring together a highly experienced leadership team to support the next phase of Fine Grain Property’s growth. Fiona has already played an important role in advising the business, and I am delighted she is joining the Executive Team. Together with Mairead and Ronan, these appointments give us the expertise and leadership needed to execute our strategy and continue to grow the business as we mark 20 years in business later this year.”
