Fokus Nordic to manage Partners Group's Finnish assets

Partners Group has selected Fokus Nordic Finland to act as the asset manager for their portfolio of commercial and logistics properties across Finland.

This portfolio, valued at €200 mln, comprises 20 properties, with 13 in the greater Helsinki area, six in Tampere, and one in Oulu.

These assets collectively offer around 140,000 m2 of net leasable area. Partners Group initially acquired this portfolio for its clients in 2022 through its real estate investment platform.

Fokus Nordic officially took over full operational responsibility for these assets in January 2026. Their mandate encompasses comprehensive asset management, including leasing, technical property management, and financial management. A key immediate focus will be to enhance occupancy rates, stabilise cash flow, and implement the pre-defined business plan for the portfolio.
