Friedrich Traub appointed head of Leasing at Europa-Center

Friedrich Traub has joined Hamburg-based real estate developer Europa-Center as the new Head of Leasing.

He brings extensive experience from his 17 years at Hamburg-based project developer DC Developments, where he oversaw acquisitions and leasing. 
In his new role, Traub will be responsible for leasing both new construction projects and existing properties for Europa-Center.
Andreas Jantzen, Board Member for Real Estate at Europa-Center, said: "With Friedrich Traub, we are gaining a proven leasing expert who will further develop our projects with extensive market knowledge and a strategic vision." 
Friedrich Traub added: "My work will focus on marketing our sustainable new construction project, Europa-Center Flow, in Frankfurt Gateway Gardens, as well as the Europa-Center Wing in Bremen's Airport City. The group stands for high-quality architecture and sustainable real estate concepts. It’s exciting to actively shape the future development of the company.” 
Europa-Center has a portfolio value of over €700 mln and 28 completed properties in major cities such as Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, and Barcelona.
