Garbe and B&B Hotels to develop 30 new hotels across Europe

Garbe Commercial Living has partnered with B&B Hotels Central and Northern Europe (CNE) to create a new investment platform for institutional investors.

For Garbe Commercial Living, a division of the European real estate firm Garbe, the collaboration signals its intent to become a leading development partner in the hotel industry.

For B&B Hotels, it reinforces their status as Germany's largest hotel brand and one of Europe's fastest-growing operators.

The partnership leverages Garbe's expertise in development and investment management with B&B Hotels' strong operational capabilities.

The platform aims to develop a portfolio of 30 hotels, primarily in Germany, with additional locations planned for Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, and the Czech Republic.

Tobias Gollnest, chief development officer of B&B Hotels CNE, said: “Our cooperation with Garbe Commercial Living will enable us to close remaining white spots on our portfolio map more quickly and further densify our presence in strategically important locations. The first hotels are expected to welcome their guests as early as 2027.”
