GARBE Industrial and Wood & Company to invest over €50m in logistics park

Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland and Wood & Company Logistics Sub-Fund are jointly investing over €50 mln to develop a new industrial park in Poland.

The 75,000 m2 Garbe Park Gliwice is a BREEAM Excellent certified complex that will benefit from its strategic location near the A4 motorway, a crucial European logistics route connecting Poland to Germany and Ukraine.
Gliwice's location in the Silesian region, a growing industrial hub with a skilled workforce and excellent infrastructure, positions the park to capitalize on increasing demand for sustainable, well-located industrial assets in Poland.
The new zone will be connected to an existing retail park.
