Logistics property developer and manager Garbe Industrial is restructuring its senior management to better serve customer needs and adapt to market changes.

Christopher Garbe, Jan Philipp Daun and Andrea Agrusow
As part of this reorganization CEO Christopher Garbe will focus on strategic direction, business development, and international expansion.
Managing director Jan Philipp Daun will now oversee the Development division, in addition to his existing responsibilities for Investment and Joint Ventures, allowing him to concentrate on new clients and expanding the development pipeline.
Managing director Andrea Agrusow will continue to lead Commercial Management, Real Estate Management, and Digital Transformation & IT. She will also head Portfolio Management, with a focus on stabilising the portfolio and ensuring transparent management.
Jan Dietrich Hempel, who has been with Garbe Industrial since 2009 and has been a managing director since 2016, plans to depart by the end of 2026 but will continue his executive roles until then.
The Development unit itself is also being reorganised. Michael Marcinek, who joined as head of Business Development in March 2025, will now co-lead the Development division as a Management Board member.
Maik Zeranski, who has been with the Project Development division since 2012, will also join the Management Board and co-lead Development with Michael Marcinek.
Adrian Zellner, who previously handled sales and business development, will transition to an advisory role and special assignments.
Christopher Garbe, managing partner of Garbe Industrial, elaborated: “The purpose of reorganising our senior management is to position ourselves with a consistent focus on customer needs. Going forward, the teams behind Jan Philipp Daun will be able to concentrate on the business development in the Investment and Project Development division with yet more focus and thereby ensure we achieve our growth targets. At the same time, the new set-up will enable Andrea Agrusow to focus on our existing customer relations. Her real estate management and portfolio management teams make sure our customers get homogeneous professional management services and transparent communications from us.”
