Gert Mortensen appointed CEO of Swiss Properties Invest
Swiss Properties Invest has announced that Gert Mortensen will become the new CEO starting 1 January 2026.

He will take over from Kirsten Sillehoved, who will transition to a role on the company's Board of Directors.
Gert Mortensen brings over 30 years of experience as an advisor in various financial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising. Since 2005, he has been a certified advisor on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
He joins Swiss Properties Invest from Baker Tilly Denmark, where he was a partner responsible for Baker Tilly Corporate Finance. Before this, he held several partner and executive positions in strategic and financial advisory.
This change in leadership is a strategic move by the company to bolster its growth and improve relationships with investors.
