Real estate investment trust Global Net Lease (GNL) has agreed to sell the McLaren Campus in Woking, England, for £250 mln (€293 mln).

The property, acquired by GNL in April 2021 for £170 mln (€199 mln), includes three buildings (McLaren Technology Centre, Production Centre and Thought Leadership Centre) totalling 78,038 m2.
Since the initial purchase, GNL successfully renegotiated the lease, increasing rents by 14.5% and significantly boosting the property's value before the sale.
GNL has received a non-refundable deposit of £23.9 mln (€28 mln) from the buyer, with the transaction expected to finalise around 22 December 2025.
