This change follows Dennis Selinas's decision to step down from his CEO role after three years to pursue other ventures, though he will assist with the transition.
Piotr Olendski brings a wealth of experience in finance and corporate leadership, having served as a non-executive director on Globalworth's Board since December 2021. His career includes advising Polish renewable energy firms, holding executive positions at PZU where he managed corporate insurance, and a distinguished 19-year tenure at Deutsche Bank Polska, including seven years as a Management Board Member responsible for investment banking.
Roy Vishnovizki is an experienced CEO with a strong track record in senior management roles across both publicly traded and private companies in Europe, notably as the CEO of TLG Immobilien. He possesses significant expertise in leading large organizations, particularly within the real estate sector.
Martin Bartyzal, chairman, said: "On behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to thank Dennis for his leadership and important contributions to Globalworth over the past three years. During his tenure, the Company executed a successful bond exchange, enhanced its liquidity through secured financings and asset disposals, and kept operations resilient in challenging market conditions. With the appointments of Piotr and Roy, we ensure continuity and strengthen our leadership team, and I am confident both will contribute immensely to Globalworth's future success."
With these changes, Olendski will transition from a non-executive to an executive director on the Board, while Vishnovizki will become part of the Senior Management Team.
In related Board adjustments, Richard van Vliet will take over as chair of the Remuneration Committee, succeeding Piotr Olendski. Martin Bartyzal and Favi Stelian will continue their roles on this committee. Additionally, Roy Vishnovizki will join the Investment Committee, filling the spot left by Dennis Selinas. Favi Stelian will remain as the chair of the Investment Committee, with Piotr Olendski, Norbert Sasse, and David Maimon continuing as members.
