CBRE has been appointed by real estate investment manager AJ Capital Partners to handle the sale of the Graduate by Hilton Cambridge hotel.

Graduate by Hilton, Cambridge - CBRE
The property is expected to fetch over £60-£65 mln (€70-€76 mln).
The hotel, with 148 rooms, is located in a prime spot along the River Cam. It underwent a major multi-million-pound renovation in 2021, with rooms designed to reflect the history and heritage of the University of Cambridge.
The Graduate by Hilton Cambridge offers a range of facilities, including a fitness centre with a swimming pool, over 430 square meters of event space, a full-service restaurant, and a café/bar – all of which were also refurbished in 2021. The hotel also boasts 151 parking spaces on its spacious riverside site.
Strategically positioned near the University of Cambridge and its colleges, the hotel is also close to Regent Street, Cambridge's main thoroughfare, providing easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions like the Fitzwilliam Museum. Cambridge itself is 50 miles (80.5 kilometres) north of London and well-connected to major airports and cities.
Miles Auger, head of UK Hotels at CBRE, commented: “Graduate Cambridge represents an opportunity to acquire a recently refurbished hotel in one of the UK’s most competitive and internationally recognised markets. Given Cambridge’s demand profile and limited future supply, we expect to see strong interest from domestic and global capital.”
