UK residential landlord Grainger has agreed to buy and fund a new 195-home BTR development in West London called Chiswick Reach.

Bollo Lane
This project, realised through the partnership with Transport for London (TfL) called Connected Living London (CLL), includes 95 affordable homes and will be built by Barratt Redrow.
The scheme, located on former railway land in Bollo Lane, is well-connected to public transport and will expand Grainger's presence in West London. It will also feature 399.41 m2 of commercial space, co-working facilities, and a gym for residents.
The purchase price for the development is approximately £68.4 mln (€80.1 mln), shared between Grainger and Places for London. Construction is set to begin in early 2026 and is expected to be completed in late 2028, with homes available for rent shortly after. This marks Grainger's first BTR collaboration with a major UK housebuilder.
