These off-market acquisitions, made in partnership with troveinvest, bring Lagerhome's total to 35 properties across Germany, Sweden, and the UK within the past year.

The newly acquired German properties, totalling over 50,000 m2 and 90% occupied by 14 tenants, align with Lagerhome's strategy of targeting established industrial areas with opportunities for increased leasing and capital expenditure value. This follows previous German acquisitions in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf in June 2025.

Lagerhome has demonstrated strong leasing performance across its portfolio, and recent activities, including new leases and rent reviews, have contributed to income growth. The platform continues to seek opportunities for further performance enhancement and anticipates additional growth as it expands.

Greykite European Real Estate Fund I, Greykite's first discretionary real estate fund, has made significant progress in deploying capital, with investments now covering nine of its ten planned thematic strategies. With approximately $3.5 billion in assets under management, Greykite is focused on developing scalable, thematic real estate platforms in the Living, Industrial, and Digital sectors.

Michael Abel, founder and CEO of Greykite, commented: “These acquisitions represent another important step in scaling Lagerhome into a high-quality, pan-European multi-let industrial platform. We continue to deploy capital at pace, leveraging the established market presence of our platforms to execute on compelling opportunities across our high-conviction sectors of living, industrial and digital. We remain focused on building scalable platforms in sectors where we see strong fundamentals and the opportunity to drive long-term value.”

Dan Valenzano, senior partner of Greykite, added: “These acquisitions in Delmenhorst and Essen complement Lagerhome’s existing properties in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf, extending the platform’s footprint in key markets. We have now proactively sourced and executed over €300 mln of MLI acquisitions across our three target geographies in the past 12 months, and continue to see compelling opportunities to grow Lagerhome further in 2026.”

Ulf Christiansen, managing partner of troveinvest, said: “We are excited to scale the Lagerhome platform in strong industrialised and densely populated areas in Germany with these two acquisitions. Expanding our portfolio to now 100,000 m2 further strengthens our income profile while offering clear value-creation opportunities. We look forward to growing our footprint in undersupplied industrial sub-markets across Germany with new opportunities.”
