Greykite welcomes Stephen Tross as senior advisor

European real estate investor Greykite has appointed Stephen Tross as a senior advisor.

Tross brings 35 years of international real estate experience, encompassing financial discipline, governance, investment, and capital markets knowledge.

Tross previously served as CIO and board member at Bouwinvest, a Dutch institution managing approximately €20 bn in real estate assets. During his 16 years there, he oversaw a €7 bn international investment portfolio. He has also held leadership positions in various real estate associations, including INREV (Europe), AFIRE and PREA (US), and ANREV (Asia Pacific), where he served as Chairman.

Greykite now consists of 17 professionals from leading global investment firms such as TPG, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle Group, and Starwood Capital Group.

Greykite European Real Estate Fund I has invested in nine out of its ten planned thematic strategies.
