Retail property investor and manager GRR Garbe Retail has announced that Thomas Wagner has joined the management board alongside Andreas Freier and Jan Heidelmann.

Thomas Wagner will take on operational leadership, overseeing business operations, real estate management, and project management, with a focus on aligning company structures for future expansion.
Jan Heidelmann will concentrate on corporate strategy, including national and international expansion across Europe, handling Capital Markets and Strategy, Fund Management, and Business Development.
Andreas Freier will continue to manage Transaction Management and Asset Management.
Thomas Wagner brings over 20 years of real estate experience, including 13 years in senior management. He is a qualified real estate economist, previously served as managing director at LBBW Immobilien Management and held positions at OFB Projektentwicklung and GGM Gesellschaft Gebäudemanagement.
