La Française has announced that Guillaume Allard will take over as CEO of La Française Real Estate Managers (REM) starting 1 January 2026.

Allard, currently deputy managing director and head of Funds and Finance for the Retail division, succeeds the retiring Philippe Depoux. He will lead a new management team composed of Virginie Wallut, Antoine Le Treut, Thierry Molton and David Rendall, focusing strategy, assets, and product offerings.
Allard has been with La Française REM since 2011, having held various roles including real estate portfolio manager and head of SCPI Fund Management before his most recent promotion.
He will also join Groupe La Française’s Executive Board, assuming all responsibilities previously held by Depoux.
Allard began his in 2007 at DTZ Eurexi as a project manager.
