H.I.G. Realty expands London living platform to over €1.2b

H.I.G. Realty, an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital, has expanded its Central London Living Platform to over £1 bn (€1.17 bn) in value with the acquisition of a third prime residential asset.

This platform, a joint venture with U.K. developer HUB, now encompasses approximately 1,700 units across three schemes, all strategically located in central London with excellent transport links and proximity to business and educational hubs.
The latest acquisition is St Clare House and Writers House in the City of London. This site will be redeveloped into a sustainable, professionally managed residential development with top-tier amenities, strong ESG credentials, and community spaces.
The platform also includes Finsgate House in Old Street and a 0.49-hectare site in Elephant and Castle, both of which have submitted planning applications for high-quality, modern housing to support London's workforce and student population.
