Hardy Schlosser has been appointed to the management board of Hamburg Team Property Management (HTPM), leading alongside Jens Petersen.

Schlosser brings over 25 years of experience in property management. After earning his finance degree with a focus on real estate in 1998, he started his career managing a condominium association in Lüneburg. He then spent 17 years as a team leader at HIH Property Management before joining Hamburg Team in 2020. At Hamburg Team, he has successfully restructured and significantly grown the Property Management division, both in staff and organisation.
