Harleyford Capital has completed two further acquisitions for its UK urban logistics strategy, investing a combined £16 million (€19mln) to add assets in Avonmouth, Bristol and Salford, Greater Manchester, while strengthening its investment team with two senior hires.

Bond Sutuntivorakoon, director at Harleyford Capital
The acquisitions mark the fourth and fifth investments for Harleyford Logistics Partnership II, following earlier purchases in Manchester, Glasgow and Sheffield. The strategy targets income‑producing urban logistics assets acquired at or below replacement cost in major UK metropolitan markets, with opportunities for rental reversion and value creation through active asset management.
Harleyford has acquired a 50,000 sq ft logistics facility in Avonmouth, around ten miles from Bristol city centre, and a 60,000 sq ft freehold facility in Salford, approximately five miles from Manchester city centre. The additions take the Partnership II portfolio to more than 250,000 sq ft.
Alongside continued deployment, Harleyford has expanded its investment team with the appointments of Bond Sutuntivorakoon as Director and Stepan Suchkov as Analyst.
Sutuntivorakoon joins from ESR Europe, where he was vice president in the European real estate team focused on investment origination and execution. His arrival reunites him with Dean Harrison, Thomas Mallindine and Zayn Khamisa, with whom he previously worked at InfraRed Capital Partners, reinforcing a team with a long‑standing track record of investing together.
Suchkov joins following completion of an MPhil in Real Estate Finance at the University of Cambridge, working across underwriting, transaction execution and asset management, including Harleyford’s strategies with Nuveen Real Estate, Tristan Capital Partners and Fiera Real Estate.
Founded in 2022 by Harrison, Mallindine and Khamisa, Harleyford Capital has committed approximately £300 million across UK logistics investment and development strategies since launch.
“These acquisitions represent further progress in deploying our urban logistics strategy,” said Dean Harrison, managing director, investments at Harleyford Capital. “Both assets fit our focus on well‑located, institutional‑quality logistics assets in major UK markets where we can drive value through active asset management. Reuniting Bond with Tom, Zayn and me, alongside Stepan, further strengthens the team as we continue to grow the business and pursue new investment opportunities.”
Bond Sutuntivorakoon, director at Harleyford Capital, added: “I am delighted to be joining the Harleyford team and to be working with Dean, Tom and Zayn again. This is an exciting chapter in the firm’s journey as we continue to invest, manage and develop best‑in‑class urban logistics assets and execute compelling strategies on behalf of our investors.”
