Harry Lawton joins Knight Frank’s EMEA team

Knight Frank has enhanced its Global Portfolio Solutions team in EMEA by appointing Harry Lawton as an associate partner.

Lawton, previously with Avison Young, brings extensive experience in managing real estate portfolios and transactions for major corporate clients across various asset classes. 
His experience spans strategic portfolio planning, lease transactions, and stakeholder management for core asset classes, including offices, industrial, and retail, as well as more specialist sectors such as petroleum and automotive portfolios, EV charging infrastructure, and heritage assets.
In his new role, he will focus on EMEA Transaction Management, helping Knight Frank's occupier clients optimise their real estate, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency through strategic portfolio planning and lease transactions. 
This appointment further strengthens Knight Frank's global team, which has international hubs in EMEA, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.
