Harworth Group appoints Phil Redding as non-executive director

Harworth Group has announced the immediate appointment of Phil Redding as an independent non-executive director.

Redding will also join Harworth's Remuneration Committee, replacing Lisa Scenna, who has been appointed to the Nomination Committee.
Redding brings over 35 years of commercial real estate experience in the UK and Europe, including more than 10 years in C-suite positions, with a focus on the high-growth industrial and logistics sector. He most recently served as CEO of Tritax Eurobox, overseeing its £557 mln (€664 mln) sale to Brookfield in December 2024. 
Before that, Redding spent 25 years at Segro, including eight and a half years as CIO and served on the Executive and Investment committees after joining Segro's Board in May 2013.
