Swedish property operator Heba has agreed to acquire the residential property Stockholm Viggholmen 1 in Vårberg from VBT Utvecklings, a joint venture between Heba and Åke Sundvall.

The deal involves a property with 171 fully let apartments, totalling 9,278 m2 (7,172 m2 lettable), generating about SEK 25 mln (€2.17 mln) in annual rental income.
The purchase price for the shares is approximately SEK 114.1 mln (€9.9 mln), after a 5.15% deduction for deferred tax. The underlying property value is set at SEK 420 mln (€36.5 mln). This acquisition, structured as a company deal, is financed through bank loans, with occupancy planned for 30 January 2026.
The property is conveniently located near Vårbergstoppen and Lake Mälaren.
