Helvetia Asset Management has completed a capital increase for its Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund, raising approximately CHF 128 mln (€130.5 mln).

Helvetia residential property
The new funds will primarily finance the acquisition of four properties—three residential and one commercial—from Helvetia Swiss Life Insurance Company, valued at approximately CHF 108 mln (€110.1 mln).
These core or core-plus properties, located in the cantons of Basel-Landschaft, Basel-Stadt, and Bern, were chosen for their high quality, desirable locations, and stable income, aligning well with the fund's existing portfolio. The remaining proceeds are allocated for further selective property acquisitions.
This capital increase boosts the fund's property portfolio market value from CHF 1.3 bn (€1.33 bn), as of 30 September 2025, to CHF 1.4 bn (€1.43 bn).
The Helvetia (CH) Swiss Property Fund invests directly in high-quality real estate, focusing on residential properties in large cities, medium-sized towns and their surrounding agglomerations throughout Switzerland. Around 80% of the portfolio consists of residential use assets, complemented by mixed-use and commercial properties. As at 30 September 2025, the fund held 49 properties.
