L&O, a private real estate investment, asset management, and development company, has brought on Henry Bott as a partner.

Henry Bott
His primary role will be to advance the company's significant development projects in Central London and expand its investment platform across the UK.
Bott joins L&O with 15 years of international experience from the real estate division of the Swire Group, having worked in the United States, Greater China, and Southeast Asia. He will collaborate closely with L&O's leadership to accelerate growth and support key projects, including the expansion of the mixed-use Buckingham Green estate in Victoria and the development of 38 Finsbury Square, an HQ office redevelopment in partnership with Legal & General.
Most recently, Bott served as president of Swire Properties USA, leading a team of over 100 in Miami. He managed the retail-focused Brickell City Centre and spearheaded the design and development of the luxury residential and hospitality project, the Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Miami.
His earlier career included senior positions in asset management, investment, development, and digital strategy in Hong Kong and mainland China. He also established Swire’s office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, to find investment opportunities.
At L&O, Henry Bott will join a senior team led by equity partners Mark Cannell and Loris Tinacci.
Mark Cannell, partner at L&O, said: “Henry’s appointment is a key step in driving our next phase of growth. His global perspective and deep expertise in asset repositioning and mixed-use development will be invaluable as we expand our investor base and advance major projects such as the redevelopment of Windsor & Christchurch House at Buckingham Green. Despite ongoing market uncertainty, London remains a highly attractive investment destination. We see strong opportunities ahead, particularly for those with a steady hand and a level head. Henry will play a central role in helping us realise these.”
Henry Bott added: “L&O’s core values closely align with my own and I’m excited to join at such a dynamic stage of its growth. The opportunity to broaden the investor base and deliver impactful projects is compelling. The transformation of the Buckingham Green estate is particularly exciting—an opportunity to create a more holistic, truly integrated and experience-led destination that will contribute meaningfully to the future of Victoria and St James’s Park.”
