This portfolio is co-owned by HighBrook and Neuberger Berman, which acquired a minority stake in late 2025.
The five-year financing facility was arranged with long-term lending partner Morgan Stanley, following a focused outreach managed by HighBrook's internal team. The facility includes a capital expenditure tranche designed to support ongoing value enhancement initiatives across the portfolio. These assets will continue to be managed by CityLink, HighBrook's specialised European last-mile logistics real estate platform.
This transaction marks a significant development in the relationship between HighBrook and Morgan Stanley, with the latter having now provided approximately €1.2 bn in financing across HighBrook's various European investment strategies and vehicles to date.
Robert Giusti, partner and head of Europe at HighBrook Investors, said: "We are delighted to have completed this refinancing with Morgan Stanley, a highly valued financing partner that has supported our platform across multiple funds, portfolios and market cycles. The transaction provides attractive long-term financing for the portfolio, as well as additional capital to support our asset management initiatives.”
HighBrook was advised by BCLP, Loyens & Loeff, Savills and Hofstede.
